So last night I witnessed a thrilling college basketball game as the 9th ranked Saints of Carroll College won in three overtimes over the Bears of Rocky 101-97. My thoughts….this game should have never even gone into a single extra period. With Rocky up three and five seconds to be played in regulation, Carroll had the ball. What do you do in that situation…I say you foul. All Carroll can do is score two points from the line and Rocky wins by one. Well, Rocky did not foul and the Saints superstar Dane Warp hit a three at the buzzer to send the game into overtime number one. By the way, Warp finished with a game-high 33!
