I knew I would miss one or two big stories on my year-end Top 20, but forgetting about Jess Lockwood winning the PBR. Well, that is just not right. Jess winning it all is right up at the very top of the list.

Check this out we have a six-way tie for first place with 10 state basketball championships won over all. That list includes Dillon, Butte, Helena High, Missoula Sentinel, Great Falls High, and Bozeman.

We still have five “AA” girls basketball teams who have not won a state title. That list includes; Billings Skyview, Billings Senior, Butte, Glacier and Missoula Hellgate. The Hellgate girls start four sophomores this year are one of the strongest teams in the state!
