So over the past 8 seasons, the Rams of Billings Central have gotten ahead by more than 35 points 30 different times and had a running clock the rest of the game. Well on Friday night in Miles City the mercy rule went against the Rams. With 9:17 left in the game, the Cowboys of Miles City went up 41-3 on their way to a 41-10 victory! Now it’s been a while since Billings Central has been on the other side of a blowout….the date September 24, 1999, when Laurel shut out the Rams 55-0. This is also the first time in 17 years that Central has lost back to back games!
